Up to 61 days before check-in:
― 30% deposit refunded minus the card handling fee.
60 days or fewer before check-in:
― 100% non-refundable.
Date changes:
― Free up to 61 days before arrival (subject to availability).
― Requests made inside 60 days are treated as cancellations.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The second bedroom is available exclusively for groups of three or more guests. Smaller groups may use it for an additional €25/night, payable at check-in.
Late arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a €30 check-in fee.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Access to the unit involves two short flights of stairs (14 steps total) from the elevator hall, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
